1. When Will I Get My Item?

We'll ship out your item in three business days, except for national holidays. We'll update you tracking number after we ship out your order ASAP. You can expect to receive the item in 7-10 business days. However the time of the delivery really depends on local delivery speed. We appreciate your patience during such a difficult times.

2. I Ordered Princube from Indiegogo. Where Can I Get The Tracking Info?

We've sent out 85% of the Indiegogo orders with completed shipping info. We expect to update most of the tracking info to you before Jan 2021. If your order is in transit and ready for delivery, you'll receive tracking number via email.

Due to large amount of orders and the pandemic situation, we used vessel or train to deliver large cargo. Some of the orders are still in transit or in customs clearance. Also, due to increased holiday demands and COVID-19 protocols, there have been slight delays in processing tracking information, we appreciate your patience during this time.

3. I Received Tracking Number, But It Isn't Updating, Why?

Depending on where you live, sometimes the local postal services may be slow to update their tracking information. If you don’t see a change in your tracking information within 3-4 days, please let us know and we’ll do our best to figure out where your package is.
